I enjoyed reading your post, especially the part about playing tapes and records. After my CD player broke and my Ipod was on the mend for the twentieth time (it makes me wonder if all of these new media outlets are worth it) I resorted to ways in which I used to listen to music. I broke out all my old tapes and records and there was something perfect about the way they sounded. As the records spun I returned to my days as a child when my mom would play her records.
I also appreciated knowing I am not the only one who feels lazy in this informational age. We sit around in my living room playing board games and if there is a disagreement we google the answer to settle the argument. Can we really rely on the trickernet?
Anyway, thanks for you comemnts. Have you been to the great record shop on Central?
